Container infeed
Empty containers enter the line on the conveyor, which carries them from one station to the next.
The conveyor is part of the line DDI builds; each station is a DDI machine that can also run on its own.

DDI complete line
DDI integrates three of its own machines — rotary filler, screw capper and automatic labeler — into a line configured to your product, container and output.
Your product is filled, capped and labeled in moments, at the push of a button.

02 / 05 · Filling
The rotary filler doses dry product such as cereal or grain into each container at its filling station.

03 / 05 · Capping
The screw capper tightens each cap to a set torque and adapts to different cap formats without a gripper change.
DDI automatic screw capper: stainless construction, Rockwell touchscreen HMI.

04 / 05 · Labeling
The servo-driven labeler applies self-adhesive labels with two heads: wrap-around, or front and back.

Standalone machines
Every station is a DDI machine with its own page. Start with one and add the rest later, or order the full line.

Line control
DDI builds the control panels and operator screens for its machines.
DDI’s automatic labeler and screw capper are operated from a Rockwell touchscreen HMI, and DDI designs and wires its own control panels. The control of a complete line is defined for each project, together with the stations it includes.
Before quoting
Five inputs define a line. Rough values are enough to start.
What you fill: dry, granular or liquid, and how it flows.
Shape, material and dimensions of each format.
Cap type, diameter and the torque it needs.
Label size and position: wrap-around or front and back.
Target units per minute, hour or day.
