DDI provides after-sales support on site and remotely, during the project and for as long as the equipment is in use.

    DDI reviews the product, container, output and process with the customer and defines the technical requirement.

    Design

    Mechanical, electrical and control design by DDI’s in-house engineers and designers.

    Manufacturing

    Fabrication, panel assembly and wiring in DDI’s Envigado workshop, with functional tests of the machine.

    Installation and start-up at the customer’s plant.

04Materials

Built for a long service life

DDI uses quality materials for durability and a long working life. Its labeler and capper have stainless-steel structures and fasteners, with polyamide and stainless guides.

05Outside Colombia

Equipment outside Colombia

DDI offers remote support for equipment installed outside Colombia and has worked on site abroad, as in the electrical installation of a plant in California.
