Automatic labeler

A servo-driven automatic labeler with two labeling heads, applying self-adhesive labels front and back or wrap-around on plastic and glass containers. Every working parameter is set on a Rockwell touchscreen HMI.

  1. Two heads apply self-adhesive labels to the front and back of the container, or wrap a single label around it.

  2. The labeler is servo-driven. Labeling speed is set to the output the customer requires.

  3. All working parameters of the machine are adjusted from a Rockwell touchscreen operator panel.

  4. Frame in stainless steel, with stainless-steel screws and nuts throughout.

  5. Container supports and guides are made of polyamide and stainless steel.

Labeling, after filling and capping

In a DDI complete line, the automatic labeler is the last station: containers arrive filled and capped, and leave labeled. It is also sold as a standalone machine for an existing line.
